Connecting the Future

At Wyzetalk we believe in the power of giving back to our communities. So, when Pinkie Ntlungu, one of our First Line Support Consultants, approached us to help her alma mater high school, Kayamandi High School, we jumped at the chance to help.

Together, we were able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the next generation of learners by donating new screens and laptops to support the Computer & Technology department. Education is the cornerstone of progress, and we’re committed to nurturing young minds and empowering them with the tools they need to excel in the digital age.

Kino MacDonald and our support team go the extra mile in helping and enabling connections for our client’s frontline employees.

To give you an example: One of the frontline employees from Food Lovers Market, a client of ours, had trouble logging in to the Employee Experience Solution we launched for them. Wyzetalk’s Support Team Lead Kino MacDonald, took the call and found out our user was only 10 minutes away. Ever the supporter, Kino drove to the store and was able to assist on the spot. Our user, a truly remarkable 60-year-old lady, was now able to log in, use the app and stay connected to her company and team.
