Quality Officer.
Purpose of the Job
Our company is seeking a motivated Quality Officer to join our dynamic team. The purpose of this role is to achieve high quality content published on client platforms while reducing time spent on QA and simplifying processes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Monitor content tickets to ensure efficient resolution and implementation and action content related ticket items.
- Checking content items before publishing/’in for client review’ to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Liaise with Specialists, Content Administrators and clients to continuously improve processes and content quality.
- Maintain and implement platform hygiene requirements and ensure to ensure
excellent user experience. - Understanding CMS and Config systems to ensure content is loaded in the most
optimal way to deliver quality content. - Analyse and report on content ratings to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
• Grade 12 is essential. Tertiary Education is advantageous.
• Previous experience in quality assurance.
• Work to tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail across multiple client sites.
• Able to adapt to sudden changes.
• Understanding of CMS and Config systems.
• High attention to detail.
